Oak is incredibl...I disagree with so much of this! <br />Oak is incredibly important to the premium market and I don't believe we will see a huge movement away from barrels in that sector. Granted, cheaper wines have moved from wood to other methods - I personally favour aluminium over cement but that is irrelevant.<br />Fact is that this article makes it seem like you are going to get the same quality wines Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
