Regarding Joseph’s in Wars...A good post, thank you. Regarding Joseph’s in Warsaw, it’s now been rebranded Winesja. It’s a nice bistro-cum-shop, though I can’t recall them ever serving 70 different wines let alone 700. Perhaps you mean the Mielżyński wine depot, 500m from Joseph’s? That indeed is a vibrant experiential-style wine shop – and actually Poland’s most successful wine retail story.
